FAQ

Q: How do I track my order?

-Once you place your order and the order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours. Shipping is usually 2-3 business days, but due to high demand shipping could take 7-10 business days. All orders placed after 5pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on holidays. 

Q: How do I return or exchange?

-We accept exchanges or a store credit.

Q: What are shipping options?

-We currently ship through USPS. Shipping is free for orders over $100.

Q: I received a damaged item.

-In the event that you receive a damaged item. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will cover the charges for the shipping label. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur while wearing or after washing the item. 

Q: I received the wrong items, what do I do?

-Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped.
